Emma started with Bitterlin Companies Inc and San Diego Property Management in late 2019 as the Office Manager, learning and working her way up to the Chief Operating Officer. She's responsible for monitoring the day-to-day functions in the office and implementing organizational strategies to improve and maintain efficiency in all departments. Along with corroborating insurance coverage to uphold legality and conformity for all owners, tenants, and vendors, she also assists the Property Managers when needed. She works with the CEO and CFO to assist with managing external agreements and accounting, distributing monthly statements to all owners, and assisting with accounts payable, accounts receivable and forensic accounting.

 

Emma received her undergraduate at McDaniel College in Maryland, graduating Magna Cum Laude, a member of Sigma Tau Delta Honors Society, and the recipient of The Philip and Azalea Myers Award for Writing. A coastal Maine native, she loves spending her free time outside with her partner and animals, and travels when possible.
