Julie Ambrose is a Partner and the Chief Financial Officer for San Diego Property Management (SDPM).   As an Owner and CFO for SDPM, she is responsible for producing financial reporting for multiple entities comprising over $500 million in assets.  Responsibilities also include forensic accounting, auditing, and legal compliance. Ms. Ambrose coordinates closely with clients to ensure that all financials are accurate, helping find opportunities as well as weaknesses, and recommending corrective actions to maximize returns.   She prepares budgets, cash projections, and customized financial reporting for clients and oversees all accounting functions for SDPM.

Ms. Ambrose has been employed by SDPM for 19 years and has a solid track record for timely reporting as well as specializing in finding efficiencies in operations. She specializes in forensic accounting, often solving years old problems for new clients, helping them to gain a new understanding of their books, and property operations. She enjoys mentoring new employees to the company and helped several employees go on to be knowledgeable, productive members of the team.  


She holds a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Accounting, from San Diego State University and has nearly 30 years of real estate accounting experience.  She is also a licensed California Department of Real Estate Broker© (DRE-01507362). She is a member of the National Association of Certified Public Bookkeepers (NACPB), San Diego Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.
