Brandon started with San Diego Property Management mid-2023 as the Regional Property Director for residential properties, and Broker Associate, working as the liaison between owners, tenants, and vendors, while presiding over the Maintenance Department. Brandon creates and works within property budgets to manage and maintain numerous properties personally, to ensure the economic gain for the many owners he works directly with. He analyzes the profit and loss reports, prepares and coordinates the transitions of newly acquired properties, fills vacant units, and handles all day-to-day requests and interactions with tenants. Brandon is the point of contact regarding all residential maintenance requests, and is on call to respond to all tenant emergencies. He supervises the On-site Resident Managers, the Maintenance Department, and all third-party contractors and vendors to ensure the functionality of all property operations.

 

Originally from Texas but moved to California in 2017, Brandon is a real estate and property management expert with 20 years of experience both in the Lone Star State and the Golden State. He holds his California Department of Real Estate Broker© License DRE# 02053226 and a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers.

 

When out of the office, Brandon enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter. A sports enthusiast, he assistant coaches his daughter’s softball team.
